Shipping/Returns

Unreal collection processes orders Monday-Friday all orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
 Delivery time is an estimate once your package leaves UC delivery time is out of our hands. 
All orders are shipped Express post with Australia post delivery times may vary due to covid-19 but usually express is 2-3 days
Delays may be experienced due to Covid-19 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Unreal products.  If there is a defective product or quality concern please contact us at unrealcollection@icloud.com and we will investigate the issue with you.
 
For change of mind/wrong size EXCHANGE please get in contact within 48hours of delivery this excludes adhesive. Items must be in original condition unworn with no damage. Customer is responsible for shipping the unworn/unused product(s) back to us and for shipping the exchanged product(s).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. 
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
